Journals

IMG_2533.jpg

'The benefits of journalling are different for different people, for some it’s journalling for anxiety or journalling for mental health and for others it is simply a way of recording time. For me, journalling is about carving out a gentle time each day to quietly write in response to time and place.

These soft, textured cover, journals  feature estuary inspired designs taken from my original paintings. The cover design continues across the spine, which is a lovely detail.

They are A5 size and have 192 blank pages, which are  just perfect to write and sketch in. The pages are 100gms eco-paper and each notebook has a wrap around band.

Four cards with a selection of four estuary birds - curlew, avocet, cormorant and egret

Estuary Birds Collection

The four designs are of an avocet, a cormorant, an egret

and a curlew. The original watercolours were inspired by

time spent on the foreshore of the Exe estaury, in Devon.

These birds are my companions as I sit and sketch by the

water or swim within it. The estuary bird collection contains

each of the four birds and is beautifully presented to be a

thoughtful gift for lovers of wildlife.  Printed on 100%

recycled card,  each one has a white border and has been left

blank inside for you to  write your own message
